Rambler to Four Square

On Puller Drive in Kensington, a remarkable transformation is occuring. Bethesda Bungalows is in the process of turning a plain jane rambler into a classic four square. What an improvement in curb appeal!

The original home had just 977 square feet of livable space above grade and 2 bedrooms. Without adding to the footprint, the space has been doubled - we just popped the top and went straight up. The reconfigured plan now has four bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms and a dramatically larger kitchen. Stay tuned for more photos when the project is wrapping up late this fall.
